Betsey Borden is one of those people that never stops amazing the world with her seemingly unlimited talents. She's delighted us all with her starfish casts (BTW - Just sold the last one yesterday so if you've missed out - let's hope she'll make more this spring!). Her gorgeous Nantucket tapestry baskets are highly sought after by her collectors. The botanical painting style starfish prints she makes fly out the door. But the other day she just blew me away. She breathed new life in to a couple of old wooden cabinet doors by painting indigenous wildlife. As accurate as they are appealing, these beautiful large paintings of the egret and the striped bass are just one more example of Betsey's artistic reach.
My friend LOVED the starfish and has the perfect place for it in her new home.
